Grinding green coriander and mixing it with water and sugar makes you sleepy and relieves headaches.
Massaging the soles with mustard oil provides peace of mind and deep sleep.
Drinking a glass of carrot juice daily relieves insomnia. Putting nutmeg in water and applying it on the eyelids makes you fall asleep faster.
Yogurt mixed with fennel sugar and black pepper makes you sleepy.
Before going to bed, dip both feet in warm water and sit for ten minutes. Eating mango at night and drinking milk gives you a good night’s sleep.
Boil 10 grams of fennel in half a kilo of water. When a quarter of the water is left, filter it and mix 250 grams milk and 15 grams ghee and sugar according to taste and drink it before going to bed.
Complaints of insomnia will go away. In summer, washing your feet with cold water makes you fall asleep faster. Eating apple jam makes you sleepy.
Lemon juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey and drinking it makes you sleepy. If you fall asleep, you will fall asleep after drinking two teaspoons of the same juice again.
Eating 50 grams of cow dung made from milk gives you a good night’s sleep.

Boil ten grams of fennel in half a kilo of water. When one-fourth of the water is left, add a little salt to it and drink it for five consecutive days in the morning and evening. Sleep will be reduced.
Mixing is useful. Drinking tea or coffee at night does not make you sleepy.
