  • 350 g of flour (120 g of brown rice flour + 80 g of whole sorghum flour + 35 g of entire millet flour + 77 g of potato starch + 38 g of tapioca starch + 3 g of guar)

  • One pinch of salt

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1-2 centimetres thick. Make the cookies with special moulds; arrange them in trays covered with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °. Leave to cool and serve!

Cookies can be stored in glass vessels for one week.
